SHIPPING + DELIVERY

Rite At Home partners with professional freight and parcel shipping services to ensure your purchase is handled with care. We promise to provide you reasonable and competitive shipping rates based on your total order value, weight, quantity and dimensions of the item(s) being purchased.

P.O. Box shipping: We cannot ship to a P.O. Box. Please be sure to provide an accurate residential or business address during your order entry.

APO/FPO shipping: We currently cannot ship to military APO/FPO addresses.

In-Stock Product: Typically in-stock items will ship from our distribution center within 10-14 business days of your order date. In the event that your purchase is temporarily out of stock, you will be contacted by a Customer Experience Representative.

Custom & Special Orders: Custom/special Orders are not “stock” items and will ship from distribution center within 6-8 weeks of the original date of purchase to most metropolitan areas. Product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice.

 

ONLINE FURNITURE PURCHASES

Any item (furniture, art and accessories) purchased on the same order will ship together for one low, flat fee. Our delivery service is a White Glove Service which includes placement, unpacking, assembly, and debris removal.

Local: $275 Delivery zip code 0-30 miles from the Rite At Home store location

Extended: $350 Delivery zip code 31-60 miles from the Rite At Home store location

Rite at Home, LLC does not accept returns. All sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
